ABOUT ME
Yoga has been part of my life since 2013, when I moved to Australia and was navigating all the different challenges that come with starting a new life in a new country. My friends suggested I try yoga – apparently, it was good for both the body and the mind. They were right and I stuck with it.
I believe in humanity, kindness and mutual respect. I believe in being honest with ourselves and with others, in being authentic, and in having the ability to acknowledge and own up our own mistakes. None of us are perfect, none of us get everything right, and most importantly, none of us are ever truly finished. Life is one long journey of self-development, learning and trying to become the best version of ourselves. Our past is part of that journey, as are the environments we grew up in and the people who have influenced us along the way... But they don't have to define us. I believe that it is within everyone's power to choose how we want to write the next chapter of our story.
I bring this perspective into my work as well. I don't believe there is one right way to live, move or heal. I believe in individual paths, small steps and creating a safe space where we can be exactly who we need to be in that moment, while gradually moving forward in our own direction.
I see myself as a generally cheerful person with a creative spirit and an adventurous side. I love good coffee, meaningful conversations, learning new things, discovering different cultures, philosophy, history, music and art. To relax I paint, crochet, sit in the park, and watch movies when I want to switch off.

YOGA
The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit root yuj, meaning to join, unite or connect. This idea of connection is at the heart of both my own practice and the way I pass yoga on – from the connection between body, breath and mind, to the integration of breath and movement, and ultimately to developing a deeper relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
I strive to create a safe space in my classes, where everyone is welcome exactly as they are, or exactly as they need to be in that moment. I bring elements of yoga therapy, breathwork, mindfulness and yoga philosophy into my classes. For me, yoga is not about performing asanas perfectly. It is perhaps more about learning to better recognize our inner experiences, signals, needs and boundaries.
Yoga for me is not a path towards constant comfort. Instead, it can teach us to stay present even in more challenging moments, because those are often the moments when we learn the most about ourselves. At the same time, it is important to apply ahimsa towards ourselves, and to learn to recognize the difference between discomfort that can support growth and discomfort that causes harm. Sometimes this means putting the ego aside and choosing to respect what our body needs instead.

YOGA THERAPY
Yoga therapy is an individualised and holistic practice that draws on the principles of the yoga tradition and combines them with modern scientific knowledge to support overall wellbeing and quality of life. Our body, breath, nervous system, emotions, thoughts and our everyday environment are constantly interconnected. When something changes in one area, it can affect the others as well.
Yoga therapy is not a regular yoga class, and it is certainly not about performing a posture correctly or mastering a more challenging asana. Every person comes with a different story and different needs, which is why there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Yoga therapy always begins with the individual – their needs, current state, life circumstances and what they are experiencing at that particular time. Together, we explore techniques and approaches that make sense for you. These may include movement, breathwork, relaxation, reflection, mindfulness, developing interoception, exteroception and proprioception, conscious rest, and other tools from the yoga tradition.
You do not need any previous experience with yoga or a particular level of physical fitness or mobility to benefit from yoga therapy. Every body and every range of movement is welcome – the sessions are adapted to you, not the other way around.
In May 2026, I completed a three-year professional diploma in Yoga Therapy at The Minded Institute in London, and I am now a fully qualified Yoga Therapist.

Following sessions (1 hour) | 1 100 CZK/60 min
Following sessions (1,5 hour) | 1 500 CZK/90 min

5-session package (1,5 hour) | 7 000 CZK/ 5x90min
The first session is primarily about talking and exploring what brings you to yoga therapy and what you would like support with. From there, we work together to find an approach that makes sense for you and co-create a simple, realistic plan that we can gradually adapt as your needs change.
Every session after that may look a little different. We might explore why the body or mind responds in certain ways, work with the breath, conscious movement, relaxation or mindfulness, and gradually develop a deeper awareness of your body. What we do always depends on what you need in that moment – even if that means spending the whole session simply resting in a safe space.
In my practice I respect the boundaries of my profession and work in accordance with the IAYT Scope of Practice and the professional standards established by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I also regularly discuss and reflect on my professional practice with an experienced supervisor.
Yoga therapy is a complementary, holistic approach that can work alongside Western medicine, rather than in opposition to it. It does not replace medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic or physiotherapy care. Where additional professional support is needed, this may also include working alongside, other qualified professionals.
